COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our head brewer had the romantic idea of doing a 100% Tahoma hop farmhouse ale. After testing the hops in an infusion tea, we found it was so bad, and so dead that we had to look somewhere else for the hop bill. But Tahoma was such a cool name that we decided to keep it even if there is No Tahoma hop in this beer! This Farmhouse pale ale is brewed with oat malt, hopped with Ella, Magnum and Smaragd. Dry-hopped with Simcoe, Centennial and Rakau.

Clear blond to light orange beer, creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, bit fruity, grassy, more fruity notes. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, lots of grapefruit, nice acidity, bit malty, soapy bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, grapefruit, brett touch, little bitter, bit funky.

From tap at Brody's, Den Haag. Aroma is nicely Bretty (intended or otherwise) with farmhouse funk, yeast, floral notes, spices, some citrus, biscuity malt, grass. Flavour is light sourish and sweet. Body is medium. Very tasty, nice farmhouse character.

Bouteille 75cl @ Annual Tilquin Enthusiasts Admin tasting, merci Vincent.

Thanks for sharing Kraddel + tderoeck +Friends. Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Golden, bright soapy white head. Nose is soapy BE esters, grainy De La Senne styled esters, taste is the same, esters but also bit too soapy, low green, hay, barn. Too soapy BE but not bad.

[Draught at 'Beaus Oktoberfest 2017', Sep. 23] Pours a nice-looking deep yellow-gold with an average size long-lasting frothy white head. Lots of lacing. Really pleasant aroma of yeast, herbs, hops, fruit and even though I dont know if there is any in the beer, some Brett. Nice flavour follows: Yeasty, herbal and hoppy. Dry bitter finish. Average bodied. Quite enjoyable.

750ml bottle @ Alex's. Pours a pale straw colour with small white head. Nose is sweaty armpits, yeasty, and cat piss. Flavour is much different, it's yeasty, hoppy floral fruity and finishing dry.

Bottle. Hazy and pale. Big head. On the nose, I get a pear, orange, melon hop blend, with a fair bit of yeast. Dry, yeasty, pale malt, with a lot of bright, fruity hop. This has nice saison character, dry, yeasty, with a nice hop accent in the finish. I'm down.
