COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a hazy orange with a quickly disappearing white head. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas with some floral hops. Taste is intense tropical fruits with citrus, grapefruit, passion fruit and mango. Amazingly juicy and almost a bit soapy. Long lingering pine bitterness. Great APA!

[5896-20131005] Cask. Fragrant orange and tangerine hops aroma. Clear, orange brown body with a quick bubbly white head. Bitter orange peel and tangerine toast flavour. Medium body is fairly bitter. Very nice. (8/3/8/4/15) 3.8

Bottle from Peluso. Aroma: citrus, fruits, lemon ,spices. App: hazy copper, small white head with lacing. Taste and palate: light body, oily, really smooth, creamy with bitter finish. Overall: wow! So smooth. A really really good American Pale Ale, really well balanced.

Rating #1059 - April 16, 2014 - 6pk from Keg N Cork - 5.5% Aroma is a spicy, grapefruity eruption right out of the can into the pour. Pours a straw yellow colour with a perfect sticky white foam, spotty lacing, decent retention. Medium carbonation, mild-medium alcohol warmth. Palate is a decent lemon grapefruit citrus hit, with some sticky pine resin notes, and a comfortable ABV - supah dupah crushable. Worthy of being my beer to cheer on the habs on the #drivefor25.

Bottle @JB. Complex fruity nose, with pepper notes. Strong hoppy taste, with a dry mouth.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2014 Courtesy of Jaghana Couleur orangée trouble, mousse qui disparait. Nez leger houblonné, bien fruité. Gout houblonné fruité pamplemousse, note menthe, corps moyen, mais fin très longue forte amère, beaucoup d’ibu!

Bottle 341ml, kindly shared by Calisky. A clear golden beer with low head. Nose is on orange and light lemon. Aroma is on orange, extremely bitter ! Body is dry, on peppery hops, orange notes again, grapefruit, finish is extremely bitter, strange and bitterfull pale ale.

Draft sample. Orange in colour with medium carbonation. Classic American Pale ale aromas of white grapefruit, flowers, and a touch of caramel malt. Florals, pine, and classic citrus notes continue on, but are somewhat blunted by some strong fat pale malt notes. Medium bodied, but with a smooth mouthfeel that seems somewhat inappropriate for the style. Moderate bitterness by today’s standards. Outclassed by the Nickel Brook Naughty Neighbor that my wife was drinking.
