Dorée orangée, pas d’effervescence de visu mais fine au palais, col moyen. Belle amertume houblonnée, agrumes (surtout pamplemousse) et fruits exotiques assez présents. Whatup14 (2003) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 8, 2013
Bouteille 341ml. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanc cassé laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme d’agrumes, houblon floral, résine, fleur d’oranger? Goût d’agrumes, résineux, longue amertume. Carbonation moyenne-faible, corps moyen. Sammy (12197) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 23, 2013
Superior pale, creamy orange flavour, very drinkable appetite creator. Lots of foam head on light orange. Hop aroma. Nice bitterness. A six-pack please. gramity (1668) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 29, 2013
The color is a hazy honey with a thick off white head. The aroma is of hops and more hops plus citrus fruits. The taste also of great hops and citrus fruits mostly grapefruit. The after taste was great, everything about this beer was just fantastic. Great Pale Ale. 341 ml bottle @ Wellington APA. Pours a hazy yellow/amber with a large, thick white head and small sediment throughout. Aroma is fresh, lively lemon. Taste is crisp grainy malt nicely balanced against a lemony hop profile. Medium body, creamy, medium astringent finish.

Blond voilé, belle mousse qui adhère au parois. Très bel arôme fruité: mangue, pêche, ananas. Très aromatique, sans être trop intense en houblon. Très ronde, laisse une amertume légère, légèrement sucré. Excellent. kbudd19 (1019) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 20, 2013
Many thanks to Slovak for hooking me up with this! Pours a cloudy yellow with nice white head, good retention, and nice lacing. The smell is nice and citrusy this is going to be a crisp one me thinks. Man what a nice beer nice and smooth, not overly bitter and has a great finish rejtable (2672) - Ontario, CANADA - FEB 22, 2013
This is a great beer! Pours light orange with a huge foamy head and big clumps of lacing. This beer is possible 5-6 months old, maybe even a bit more which may explain the floaty chunks and the foamyness. Nose is piney and fruity. Aromas are pine up front, some light fruit through the middle with a more flowery hop finish. Tastes are light bitter to start, then some light fruit and finally a nice medium bitter finish. Mouth is medium body with lively carbonation. Really nice beer that I’ll re-rate again someday with a fresher example. RogertheKid (90) - Quebec, CANADA - FEB 11, 2013
Another of Dunham very good beer. Aroma is mostly bread for malt, citrus, herb hops (very well done with Centennial, Cascade & Amarillo), maybe a bit of banana. Pale yellow color, hazy, with a fast disappearing white head. Medium bitterness and light sweet. Texture is oily-creamy with soft carbonation with a light bitter finish (as a APA should be). At the top of my list for APAs made in Quebec.
