Snappy citrusy hops develop plenty of resinous bitterness, as pale cereals are cushiony enough to support the alpha explosion until the very end. Intense for an American Pale Ale, but I can’t complain when such beautiful flavors are put together. What’s in a name?
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the hazy yellow gold.
-The body is crisp enough to make this an easy drinker and the sustained hop bitterness enhances the refreshment factor.
-The nose is very citrusy, and perhaps a tad milky. Couldn’t quite get my nose around that part of the beer too well...
-There are so few hop bombs in the province of Quebec; and this one is quenching too! APA or IPA? I don’t care. I want another pint.

341 ml. bottle @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Bottled on 05/2013. Pours hazy golden with a rocky white head. Nose reveals lots of fruity (incl. citrus & orange) USA hops, very nice. Taste is citrus and grapefruits + orange hops, very fruity and juicy, citrus, some malts and touch sweetness upfront, finish is lightly floral with some pine balancing the rest. Really easy to drink could pass a nicely sessionable IPA for me. Really good stuff. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 31, 2012
Tap at Toronto Fest of Beer. Pale golden orange pour. The nose is a little bit hoppy with a nice fresh orange peel aroma. A little bit fruity. Decent pale ale
