Blond voil, belle mousse qui adhre au parois. Trs bel arme fruit: mangue, pche, ananas. Trs aromatique, sans tre trop intense en houblon. Trs ronde, laisse une amertume lgre, lgrement sucr. Excellent.

341 ml. bottle @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Bottled on 05/2013. Pours hazy golden with a rocky white head. Nose reveals lots of fruity (incl. citrus & orange) USA hops, very nice. Taste is citrus and grapefruits + orange hops, very fruity and juicy, citrus, some malts and touch sweetness upfront, finish is lightly floral with some pine balancing the rest. Really easy to drink could pass a nicely sessionable IPA for me. Really good stuff.

Nez: Malt, floral, agrumes, pin Bouche: Malte, ananas, mangue, pamplemousse, rsineuse Un nez magnifique. Une bouche quilibre entre le fruit, le malt et lamer. Une fin de bouche longue sur amertume et le rsineux avec une astringence.

341 ml bottle. Pours a somewhat sediment-filled straw with a resilient white head. Smells like grains and citrus. Tastes like cereals, grains and yeast. Very dry. Sharp sandy, herbal, hoppy, lemon bitterness in the finish. VERY lemony bitterness. Light-to-medium-bodied, creamy. Excellent pale ale.

On tap at Barley Brothers in Winnipeg. Glass shared with northropfrye. Again, I get some sweet bubblegum in this in addition to the bitterness. Nice beer.

Rating #1059 - April 16, 2014 - 6pk from Keg N Cork - 5.5% Aroma is a spicy, grapefruity eruption right out of the can into the pour. Pours a straw yellow colour with a perfect sticky white foam, spotty lacing, decent retention. Medium carbonation, mild-medium alcohol warmth. Palate is a decent lemon grapefruit citrus hit, with some sticky pine resin notes, and a comfortable ABV - supah dupah crushable. Worthy of being my beer to cheer on the habs on the #drivefor25.

UPDATED: MAY 8, 2011 My Bottom Line:
Snappy citrusy hops develop plenty of resinous bitterness, as pale cereals are cushiony enough to support the alpha explosion until the very end. Intense for an American Pale Ale, but I cant complain when such beautiful flavors are put together. Whats in a name?

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the hazy yellow gold.
-The body is crisp enough to make this an easy drinker and the sustained hop bitterness enhances the refreshment factor.
-The nose is very citrusy, and perhaps a tad milky. Couldnt quite get my nose around that part of the beer too well...
-There are so few hop bombs in the province of Quebec; and this one is quenching too! APA or IPA? I dont care. I want another pint.

Bottles, and on tap at V&V.

UPDATED: MAY 20, 2013 Orange, ananas bien enrob dans un corps juste assez robuste pour une pale ale. Fini sec, amertume douce.

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur orange trouble, mousse blanc cass laissant une dentelle parse. Arme dagrumes, houblon floral, rsine, fleur doranger? Got dagrumes, rsineux, longue amertume. Carbonation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
