750 mL bottle poured. Thanks to mcberko for the bottle! Cloudy yellow pour with a rocky foam head. Soft straw and Belgian like aroma. Flavor is slightly tart, cool Belgian like character. Refreshing farmhouse. Slightly funky. Citrus. Tough to describe but easy to enjoy. Solid beer here. ljthiessen (1324) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - OCT 6, 2016
Bottle. Hazy straw-yellow pour with a thick, dense, foamy white head, lasting. Aroma is citrus zest, fresh bread and yeast, subtle herbs and grassy notes. Taste is much the same, crisp and dry, lots of citrus zest, a little funky, very slightly tart, finishes clean and dry, a little bitterness lingering. Very nice. cards04 (2784) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 29, 2016
A very tasty saison. Pours a light hazy yellow with foamy and bubbly head. Aromas of funk, tart, yeast. Tastes like it smells. A bit of funk, citrus rind, soap. Effervescent. Delicious. mnurda (1283) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 25, 2016
Bottle. Vibrant yellow in colour with a bit of haze and strong carbonation. Aromas are of white pepper, hay, lemon-lime soda and wet stones. Quite dry on the palate with flavors of flinty pilsner malt, lime pith, savory herbs, and honeycomb. Firm bitterness. Seriously refreshing saison. Brettsky06 (422) - Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 18, 2016

Golden color with dense activity. Light frothy 2 finger head that last for around 10 minutes, making almost no legs. Flavors of herbal and floral hops, roasted grains, citrus and fruits. Slick full smooth body with the perfect sharp zesty dose of carbonation. Medium to strong finish, ending with a grassy feel, and a little yeasty, with some fruity citrus. Overall very good quality craft offering tasty flavors and a great refreshing feel. The style is more like a cross between a witbier and IPA. piscator34 (2515) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 10, 2016

Hazy blond color with compact head. Quite dry but with a good structure; it has a strong herbaceous character from the yeast, spicy, and delicate straws background, and quite strong bitterness.
Bottle shared by julien at RBWG: Poured a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma was funky barnyard. Taste was Belgian yeast ester with funky fruit and straw. sulawang (1154) - - AUG 27, 2016
Visual: Pours cloudy light orange with a large lasting fine foamy head with sticky lacing, fantastic layer of retention, suspended sediment.
Nose: banana wheat malt, peach, light chamomile, (lvl-3)-pungency
Attack: crisp, background acidity
Mid-palate: background sour, subtle funk, (lvl-3-sweetness), prickly spices, tangy peachy-banana wheat malt,
Finish: stealth bitter hops
Summary: Supremely drinkable and goes very nice with a meal. Good complexity with the fruity peach flavour being the standout.
