Draught at Birrerria Volo. Pale yellow with finely bubbled white head. Light warm aroma of lemon and straw and some Brett, hint of something sweet like bubblegum perhaps. Extremely smooth mouthfeel. Mildly sweet lemon and straw, again with that trace of bubblegum (this sounds like it might be gross, but it’s awesome).

Hazy yellow, thick fluffy white head, aroma is lemons and crackery malt. Fruity taste more lemons, dry peppery finish some light Brett funk. Medium body high carbonation. Great saison!

UPDATED: APR 1, 2016 My Bottom Line:
This authentic Saison lays out citrusy fruitiness and a persistent herbal hop bitterness in a dry, comfy, and very drinkable vehicle.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sizeable head of foam stays atop the misty straw gold.
-The mouthfeel is nicely dry and airy.
-Light esters are found after a while.
-Can’t say I would have detected the rye and oats if they hadn’t been on the label, but the spiciness is obvious once noted.
-The flavor profile is intricate yet rustic. Dunham are now Saison masters, no doubt. This is absolutely delicious.

Moderate high carbonation. O: pretty good. highly drinkable. Dunham is capable of brewing great saison and this one is for me the best of their lineup.

Bottle from Tom10101, thanks! Aroma is fairly phenolic with pepper, coriander and lemongrass. Moderate citrus note with some light pear and floral esters. Pours a slightly cloudy very pale yellow with a thick, pillowy white head that slowly recedes but has fairly good retention. Faint legs with moderate esters. Flavor has a light sweetness with a nice citrus note upfront. Some light graininess and oat flavor. Medium light spice nor s of pepper and coriander; the spice is lighter than in the aroma. Hints of floral esters and medium pear note. Medium bitterness, but fairly smooth. Very faint floral hop flavor. The finish has a touch of lingering bitterness as well as a hint of pepper. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Water has a nice soft character to it and adds a nice dimension to the beer. Overall another very enjoyable Saison from our brothers to the north. The water quality reminds me of Hill Farmstead and the phenolics and esters are well balanced. I personally enjoy my saisons with a bit of funk, but this is a nice clean one.

Pours a pale yellow with thick white head. Hops and maybe some old fruit in the aroma. Taste is strong fruit - sour apple and unripe pineapple. However, alcohol and bitterness also prominent. Hops dominate the finish. Great little sleeper pick.

pours almost cloudy and bright golden with a nice white head, good retention and lacing. aroma is spicy, citrus, very light toasted cereals, hint of sweetness. grass and citrus - medium hopping, short to medium long grapefruity finish. medium body - oily, fizzy and soft carbonation. very nice offering here! citrus and light funkyness with fresh cereals and spices.
