Bottle (750 ml), split 3-ways. Almost clear bright golden with a medium white head, good retention, leaving good lacing. Aroma is quite fruity (apricots, mangoes) with Belgian yeast, boozy notes, earthy notes and some herbalness. Taste is sweet and alcohol forward with fruits, yeast, peppery notes, earthy notes, mild herbalness and moderate bitterness. Medium to full body. Medium carbonation. Fluffy mouthfeel. Fruity and warming finish. I’m by no mean a Xérès expert but it seems to be quite present in the flavor profile of this beer. It’s too boozy, but it’s not completely unbalanced and it’s quite flavorful. rosenbergh (12021) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 22, 2016

@ISKTR 2016. Embotellado el 4 de mayo de 2015. Nautittava 36kk sisään. Vaalea oranssinen väri, jaffamainen vaahto. Hedelmäinen belgituoksu, kuivaa saunan laudettakin? Suutuntuma hapan, hapokas, kuohuva, hiivaisa, hivenen alkoholisuus. Ei potki meikäläiselle. olio (10750) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 20, 2016

May 2016 - Bottle share at Canary Wharf as ’Dunham Tango in Jerez’. Many thanks to Kenny for this. Vibrant orange, opaque, still, foamy off-white head. Aroma is apple peel, some wheat, woody, estery fruits, maybe some of the sherry showing up but not prominent. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is woody, air freshener, dry and chalky. Very chalky and dry, which detracts quite a bit. Still a decent beer. SlackerMads (3646) - DENMARK - JUN 18, 2016
