Bottle, pours light cloudy yellow, aroma is spicy and flavour, pretty light but quite refreshing, overall enjoyable lesifflebiere (1928) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 19, 2013
Smells like peaches. My friend says it tastes like hot dog water but I’m not sure I entirely agree. It’s much better than that. Taste doesn’t follow through with the great smell as much. Pretty flat on palate. Pours very cloudy, watery white. Not Dunham’s best. Bottle from Delires du Terroir. rejtable (2819) - Ontario, CANADA - OCT 27, 2012
Pours cloudy pale straw with little head and strong lacing. Aromas of lemon zest, some pepper, some yeast. Tastes are mild sweet and some light acidic finish. Medium carbonation. Decent, unremarkable. mcberko (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 11, 2012
On tap at Vice et Versa, pours a cloudy very light blond with a medium white head. Aroma is quite lemony, with citrus zest dominating, with some Belgian yeast and a hint of coriander. Flavour is quite lemony and citric as well, with the Belgian yeast quite prominent as well. Quite highly carbonated, finishing with citric acid and yeasty notes. Decent wit.

Aroma: Very citrus with spice notes like cinnamon, clove and coriander. Slight malty accents too.
Appearance: White straw color with greenish glints. Very hazy. Head is small and diminishing fast. No lacing at all.
The first zip comes with acid notes, mainly lemon. Then malt flavors are taking over. Body is light. Flavors could stick out more. There are spicy notes but hardly sticking out.
It taste more water than regular wheat beers. Very average tom10101 (6225) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 2, 2012
Bottle (341 ml). Slightly hazy lemon color with a medium diminishing white head. Aroma of lemon and spices (cloves). Taste is lemony with spices (cloves and coriander) and orange. Mouthfeel is oily and a bit thin. Not bad but not my kind of beer. left_bank (99) - JAPAN - JUL 21, 2012
i have been in montreal for less then a month and i am already quite "bored" with the quebec craft breweries who make witbier!
i have tried many, have only rated a few;basically they all(including this one)look/pour and smell a little better the ok but taste just barely ok.
can not wait for the fall.hope they do a better job with their stouts and porters. MartinT (10037) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 21, 2012
My Bottom Line : punkska101 (2135) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 18, 2012
This Witbier’s balance of orange zest, floral hops, coriander and wheat remains flavorful and refreshing from beginning to end.
Further Personal Perceptions :
-A veil of foam sticks to the cloudy white. Classic Witbier look.
-This is a brand-new batch, and it’s obviously been significantly improved if I rely on past ratings.
-The finish is perhaps more bitter than the average Witbier’s.
-The mouthfeel is prickly and a tad oily.
-This is very drinkable.
On tap at Vices et Versa.
