Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

PREZENTACJA: zmętnione z drobinkami w toni, żółto-złote, piana szampańska, nie pozostawia śladów na ściance;
AROMAT: białe wino, winogrona, odrobina drewna;
ODCZUCIE: ciało średnie, wysoko nasycone, rozgrzewa trzewia, mocno się po nim odbija;
SMAK: troszkę żółtych owoców, muśnięcie winogron, wyraźna, nieprzyjemna długa chininowo-trawiasta goryczka;
OGÓLNIE: duży zawód, mało wrażeń, niefajna gorycz.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma has Belgian yeast with bread. Taste is bread and hops. Pretty nice.

375ml bottle. Pours pale orange with big stable foamy head. Very complex aroma. Pear, brandy, cognac, honey, floral notes, apple wine, citrus, vinegar. Pleasant alcohol. Mild taste. Medium bitterness and sweetness, slight fruity sourness. Full bodied, fizzy carbonated, creamy texture. Very sophisticated Tripel. The aromas change quickly. This is Belgian brewing art at its best.

Bottle from LCBO. I'm making my way through some top ranking brews early this morning. This is the finest yet. Beautiful pour, loud & crackling as it hit the glass. I love the style & I love how this does not fall into the syrupy sweet trap. Starts off smooth & rises in intensity & bite as it sustains into a fantastic finish. Fluffy golden sugar, grassy hops, candied fruit, some nice subtle bitterness & a snappy mouthfeel. Am drinking this way too quickly. And only one bottle? Shame.

Lovely hazy shining golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Looks very fine. Nice intensity in the aroma. Very pleasant. Medium + body and a fine carbonation level. Not to rich as a lot of these are. Easy to drink. Balanced acidity and a dry ending. Good complexity. Yeast, fruity, citric and some spices in the flavor. Dangerously well masked alcohol. Lovely tasty beer.

I am not usually a fan of Belgian beers but this was rather smooth and not too sweet.

(douce et équilibrée en carbonatation, agrumes, amertume, une belge bien calculée, belle et ample)

37,5cl bottle at home. Appearance: hazy pale straw with big white head. Aroma: clove, coriander, spices, white pepper. Pretty funky and complex. Taste: medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Notes of clove, banana, sweet malts, yeast, white pepper. Notes of yeast and hops in the rather dry and slightly wry finish. Palate: medium bodied, oily texture and lively carbonation. A tripel I would absolutely drink again sometime.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2017 Een prachtbier. Mooie schuimkraag, heerlijk bittere afdronk door de hoptoetsen. Perfect.

KraftowyJakup (488) - POLAND - SEP 27, 2017
W zapachu dość intensywnie estrowe, głównie jabłko i brzoskwinie, na drugim planie fenolowe przyprawy. W smaku ostre, alkoholowe, średnio-wysoko wysycone.
