Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2018 Janvier 2018.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2018 Floral, medicinal aroma. big white head. excellent ballance in the body, enough to provide 'bite' but then a crisp finish. very strong medicinal flavour & bitterness. Some funk and floral aspects.

W smaku słodycz słodu, owoców, przejscie w delikatne przyprawy i finisz soczyście owocowy. Smak nektaru, nieco oleistego, miodowego, zbalansowanego ulożonego a przede wszystkim delikatnego. Dobrze ukryty alko i dobra pijalnosc, choc chcialoby sie je poczuc intensywniej.

Aroma: wild notes, barn, funky. Appearance: hazy golden color and white head. Taste: funky, wild, warming alcohol, Belgian phenols, peachy, rather dry. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation. Overall: seems to be interesting, some funky notes, decent.

Clear golden pour with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is flowery and fruit forward. Very tasty. Dry finish. Loads of light fruit character, peach skin specifically and a little funk. Really light for such a high ABV. Soft mouthfeel.

Elle était prévue pour la nouvelle année mais n'a pas tenu jusqu'à là. Elle est classée en triple mais pourrait être une saison. Les 9,5% sont totalement passés inaperçus. Ma meilleure belge à ce jour. Très bonne!

Bottled the 288th day of 2017. 750ml bottle, last had in 2009 via a trade. Pours a brilliantly clear gold with oodles of billowy foam. Pretty awesome lacing. Smells big time hoppy with a fruitiness that reminds me of pears and light pitted fruit. Yeastyand to my nose, hints of Brett though they be mild. Wonderful taste. A hoppy edge throughout, pears and light pitted fruit, spicy, very very dry. An impressive look with every pour. Just impressive all around.
