COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

(douce et équilibrée en carbonatation, agrumes, amertume, une belge bien calculée, belle et ample)

37,5cl bottle at home. Appearance: hazy pale straw with big white head. Aroma: clove, coriander, spices, white pepper. Pretty funky and complex. Taste: medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Notes of clove, banana, sweet malts, yeast, white pepper. Notes of yeast and hops in the rather dry and slightly wry finish. Palate: medium bodied, oily texture and lively carbonation. A tripel I would absolutely drink again sometime.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2017 Een prachtbier. Mooie schuimkraag, heerlijk bittere afdronk door de hoptoetsen. Perfect.

W zapachu dość intensywnie estrowe, głównie jabłko i brzoskwinie, na drugim planie fenolowe przyprawy. W smaku ostre, alkoholowe, średnio-wysoko wysycone.

2016 bottle from LCBO. Clear golden bubbly pour with a creamy off white head. Nice yeasty slightly sweet malt aroma, slightly Belgian booziness, banana and clove, some grass, with a mild carbonation and moderate+ body, get some fig and raisin with a slight St B finish. Good.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, dense white head. Taste: Very mild, yeasty, lightly hints of yellow fruit. Notes of bread, malty with mild notes of hoppy bitterness and some very lightly sour hints. Very snooth, almost foam-like. One of the few tripels that I really like very much. Top beer.

(Bottle) Clear, bubbly dark yellow body with a large, very foamy white head. Sweet and toasted, pale malt aroma. Light to medium bodied. Flavor is medium sweet, toasted malt, peppery/corriander/spiced, mild hops, light lemon.

375ml pullo shampanjakorkilla.

DraftDodger (1655) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2017
Copenhagen 25/8 2017. 75 cl bottle from Den Belgiske Ølbutik. A bottle for "old friends of the brewery". Pours hazy golden yellow with quite big bubbly head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is sour and fruity. Unripe gooseberries, citrus with some tart acidity. Light carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor is medium sweet with an almost sugary quality. Followed by quite strong, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with light sweet notes. Nice quite sour take on a tripel.
