COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

On tap at Tria. Like a saison but stronger. Ok, essentially its a tripel with some saison characteristics. gold orange color with a thin head and soapy lacing. Lots of Belgian yeast in the palate, a little heavier than it looks - doesn't look like a typical holiday ale but it is as robust as one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, dense white head. Taste: Very mild, yeasty, lightly hints of yellow fruit. Notes of bread, malty with mild notes of hoppy bitterness and some very lightly sour hints. Very snooth, almost foam-like. One of the few tripels that I really like very much. Top beer.

(Bottle) Clear, bubbly dark yellow body with a large, very foamy white head. Sweet and toasted, pale malt aroma. Light to medium bodied. Flavor is medium sweet, toasted malt, peppery/corriander/spiced, mild hops, light lemon.

375ml pullo shampanjakorkilla.

Copenhagen 25/8 2017. 75 cl bottle from Den Belgiske Ølbutik. A bottle for "old friends of the brewery". Pours hazy golden yellow with quite big bubbly head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is sour and fruity. Unripe gooseberries, citrus with some tart acidity. Light carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor is medium sweet with an almost sugary quality. Followed by quite strong, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with light sweet notes. Nice quite sour take on a tripel.

Piwo nalewa się jasne, złote, mętne, z bujną trwałą pianą. W piwie pływa osad drożdżowy o sporych drobinkach. W zapachu dominuje charakterystyczny aromat wytwarzany przez belgijskie drożdże. Obecny jest również alkohol. W smaku również esencja Belgii, z wyraźną alkoholowością. Piwo mocno wysycone - prawdopodobnie z refermentacji. Wyczuwalne nuty owoców i goryczka.

Aroma of apple, yeast, lemon curd, funk, and vanilla. Taste is apple, funky yeast, grapefruit, and lots of bitterness.

Bottle. Golden color, pretty clear with small white and not very solid head, some lacing. Quite strong and pleasant fruity aromas, some peaches, grapes, little bit of white wine, some sour notes with little bit of barnyard. Nice and complex. Taste is mainly sour with slightly ashy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite drinkable. Great aromas but taste not as expected... going to keep two bottles in the cellar for some time.
