Sweet delicious bouquet on the nose. Hazy gold with little flakes of sediment floatin. Somewhat plain ale. Fruity lots interesting yeast flavors after a bit. Hard to place but complex even if it’s light, mellow and easy to drink. mutz (1082) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 25, 2016
Grote fles gekocht bij de kluis in Achel. Troebel oranje kleur, mooie kraag. Ruikt naar mout, hop, honing. Smaakt licht zoetig met een biterzoete afdronk. Niet onder de indruk. sjogro (4263) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - SEP 12, 2016
25cl Bottle at home. Hazy orangey golden with thin white head. Sweet malts, honey, grassiness, dough, faint spring onions, cinnamon, nutmeg, saison yeast. Medium sweet, light bitter and zesty tartness. Under medium body, very sparkly and fizzy carbonation. Mouthfeel is light, dry and fizzy. Finish is complex sweet/bitter/fruity/grassy/doughy/yeasty. Nice beer. rodbod (370) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - SEP 5, 2016
Bottle from the Good Spirits Co Wine & Beer. Pours an orangey amber with a white lace-y head. Nose is not very intense: honey, Belgian yeast. Taste is great: honey again, some spiciness, and slightly drier towards the finish. Palate is fine, good grainy carbonation, but a wee bit sticky to finish. Excellent. tiong (7338) - Espoo, FINLAND - AUG 17, 2016
Draught @ Stadin Panimobaari, Helsinki. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, stuffy farmyardy notes and earthiness. Taste is sweet, ripe fruity and yeasty with loads of Belgian notes, earthiness and spices. Finish is warming, slightly boozy, yeasty, stuffy and sweet with some ripe fruits and citrus. Heavy and sweet yeasty saison.

250ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy yeasty and minimally fruity aroma, notes of brine, mustard seed, pearl onion, green onion, honey remnants, hints of green pepper. Taste is dry, fruity, minimal residual sweetness, notes of apricot, mirabelle, peach, some honey, underlying notes of brine and mustard seed; soft palate, gentle carbonation. Honey adds some flattering sweetness to well known Dupont Saison quality but possibly takes away (or gilds) some subtleties. aleigator (945) - GERMANY - JUL 24, 2016
Pours a sunny golden-amber color with a huge, froth white head.
Smells of a piney, flowery grass quality, which gets enriched by slightly sweet wild honey. Offers a rich wheat aroma, which gets perfectly accentuated by sweeter cakey malts.
Has a higher carbonation among a very soft mouthfeel, which turns a tad cloying during the sweet, honey defined finish.
Mimics the herbal, grassy quality from the aromas in the taste, with cakey malts being more present, building up a gateway for the honey to enter the palate in a smooth, synergetic fashion. Maintains its organic, rustic character, while the honey turns quite sweet during the finish, overwhelming all other flavors while ending clean and smooth.
A bit too one dimensional as for what I am expecting from Dupont, this relies too heavily on the honey to convince overall. Echon (535) - Århus, DENMARK - JUL 17, 2016
Amber. Fruity and yeasty aroma, with a fruity and malty flavour. I cannot taste the honey. Lightly sweet and refreshing taste, with a rounded bitter finish. Overall, a good saison. PietS (315) - Bergen op Zoom, NETHERLANDS - JUL 3, 2016
Sweet, bitter beer. You really taste the honey sweetness. It’s a good beer, but not very special Sissio (1663) - Orsenigo, ITALY - JUL 3, 2016
