COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Biere de Miel is bottle conditioned and contains only water, barley and wheat, honey, hops and yeast. It has a marvelously delicate scent of honey, balnaced by a dry palate, resulting in a beer that is both estery and refreshing.

Disclaimer: Both the normal and the organic (biologique) version.

Lecker Lecker.

I_LUV_BEER (231) - - JUN 5, 2016
Served in a tulip from bottle. Pours hazy gold-orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is bread, yeast, hints of sour dough and some alcohol. The taste is very similar to the nose: yeast, bread, sour dough and alcohol, sour-sweet finish. Medium body with lively carbonation. Pleasant enough beer but disappointed with virtual non-existence of honey nots in both the aroma and the taste.

Not the best Saison I have had. Aroma has a heavy presence of medicine with a tiny hint of honey and barnyard funk.Appearance is cloudy yellow color with a very minimal head.Taste medicinal with honey and lemon. Palate light body, average carbonation, bitter finish. Overall a medicinal tasting Saison with a barnyard funk.

Bottle at home. Aroma is soft honey, Dupont yeast, fruity notes, light malt, hint of floral and bubblegum. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Decent Saison with a soft touh of honey.

250 ml bottle. BB 08/2017. From the advent calendar.
Hazy orangey golden color with a small white head. Belgian yeast, rubber bitterness, mild hoppiness, dryness, malt and alcohol in the aroma. The flavor is yeast, malt, grain, mild hops, some sweetness and alcohol. Strong. The honey is not that much present... which is nice.
