COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Biere de Miel is bottle conditioned and contains only water, barley and wheat, honey, hops and yeast. It has a marvelously delicate scent of honey, balnaced by a dry palate, resulting in a beer that is both estery and refreshing.

Disclaimer: Both the normal and the organic (biologique) version.

Cloudy yellow in color with pearly bubbles that quickly disapate. Aroma of clove(?), slight huney. The honey taste is mild and hidden. I would have liked a more pronounced flavor. This beer quickly loses flavor on the tastebuds and leaves an odd but not bad aftertaste. The initial taste is sweet but subtle, almost no middle taste at all. A decent beer but not one to buy a case of.

Normal.

Nice, clear golden pour, white head, bubbles in overdrive. Strong wheat/malt on the nose. Dominant wheat flavour with lingering sweet honey after tone. 2nd glass poured very cloudy but still tasty. Didn’t have third glass, too rich for mine.
