ZBF2008: From tap. Pours slight hazy yellow with a dense white head. Light wheaty and solid coriander spiced aroma. Flavour is dry, with a solid banana/bubblegum note. Underlying coriander and light orange peel note. Ends dry and slight acidic.

Ungstrup (38852) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 17, 2003
The aroma is sweet, malty with notes of yeast. The color is a hazy orange and it has no head in the one I had. The flavor is very sweet and very simple containing a lot of hop in the flavor. It ends on a flowery dryness, that pricles the tongue. It is a little thin - no wonder 3.5% ABV.

joergen (29598) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2006

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is earthy, salty, malty and some quite dry hops. Flavour is very grassy, earthy, fruity and also has some hints of yeast. Not a bad saison.

Bottle on the terrace at Porteuse d’Eau, while the building next door was burning down. Cloudy yellow, scant off white head. Aroma of orange peel, straw, cloves. Taste is sour orange. Not bad.

omhper (25941) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 19, 2005
Bottled. Cloudy golden, brief head. Sweetish and light bodied. Pleasant yeast and toffee character dominates it. The mouthfeel is lively but thin, and there is notes of grass, Medium bitterness.

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 8, 2007
(Bottle 25 cl) Hazy golden with an off-white head. Vague, citrusy nose. Light-bodied, dry, slightly cardboardish with vague citrus notes - no bitterness. Very thin and lacking personality. 160507

Leighton (22769) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 10, 2010
Tap at Sunswick during Belgian Beer Festival 2010. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a sturdy, though soft, white head. Light malt aroma with some grass and tart frult. Flavor has understated sweetness, bready malts and some pleasing fruit notes. Light in body with fine, highly effervescent carbonation. Finish is crisp and refreshing. I think this is an outstanding beer. Aren’t many out there like it.
