Bottle 25cl. [160311]. Poured into a tumbler. Hazy pale yellow golden, small foamy off-white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing; fruity nose, wheat, coriander, yeast; taste medium sweet, slightly sour, bitter notes, wheaty, citrusy, average duration, light sweet and sour finish, light peppery notes; light body, watery texture, moussy mouthfeel, average carbonation; easy to drink pleasant and subtle witbier.

0.25l bottle. Hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is spicy with lemon and notes of tartness. Taste is citrusy and tart. Lively carbonation. Overall it’s fine beer, but maybe a little too tart.

Unclear straw with white head. Muted, little dusty aroma’s of tangerines, coriander, gumballs, sourdough, hint of basil/mint, lime peels, grassy, curd, lactic. Taste is moderate bitter and lactic acid with modest sweet backbone. Hüttenkåse ftw!

Maakun (6018) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JAN 2, 2016
Bottle shared at home. Almost clear straw with small white head. Light milky wheat and dough, soft lemon, quite some spices, peperry, light wood, soft dusty cellar funk and wood, a touch of orange peel. Light sweet and very light bitter. Under medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation. Quite strange, it’s really interesting but the milky and dusty notes are a little bit too much for me. Still quite good.

jamaty (2224) - Madrid, SPAIN - DEC 29, 2015
Pajiza, algo turbia, espuma blanca duradera. Aroma a levadura belga, especias y notas cítricas.
