Bottle, bought by Lakshmi and consumed from the bottle at the Eurostar station whilst cursing the evil Belgian train staff. I’m not a huge witbier fan so was unlikely to get too excited, it was pleasant and quenching, moderately spicy, quite yeasty actually.

Bottle from the brewery after the visit. Color: pale blond beer with high carbonation and small white foam. Smell: grassy and floral. Saison yeast domination. Coriander finish. Taste: fruity as orange and saison yeast presence. Dry wheat sensation. Easy drinkable. Drink it not so cool, it’s better. The fruity taste is coming... Aftertaste: astringent, orange and lemon notes. Saison yeast. Good beer but too sour and saisonish for a witbier.
