UPDATED: OCT 5, 2016 Bottle from Geers. Pours clear yellow to dark yellow. Fine dense white head. Grainy & grassy nose. Aroma more of the same, quite pleasant aromas of hay and cereal not in a gruff way. Watery body, medium to low carbonation, taste very mild bitter. Good pilsener. Close to threshold diacetyl.

From tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a clear golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma has pilsner malts, belgian spicy and floral yeast notes, pretty hoppy as well. Taste is medium sweet, yeasty spicy, pretty fruity, light bitter finish. If i didnt know any better i would have guessed this to be a blonde and not a pilsner. Cant believe is this is actually bottom fermented. High carbonation and a light and smooth body.

250ml bottle (Alus Celle, Riga)
Very pale, brief head. Blandish sweet grainy aroma, fairly clean, a touch herbal and perfumey. Light palate, pleasant crisp carbonation. Sweetish pale malts in the taste, but extremely floral and perfumey. Has a nice little noble hop bite. An interesting pils, clearly neither german nor czech. Clean and pleasantish, but cant get too excited by it.

250ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Clear yellow color. Small size, bubbly white head, stays. Farty, grainy, sourish, some herbal in aroma. Sourish, sweet, herbal, damp grass and fizzy in taste. Medium carbonation. Sour malts in aftertaste. Watery mouthfeel. Average brew.

Sparkling with classic pils aroma of noble hops. More German than Czech with a big malty character followed by a mild bitter finish. Spicy at first almost peppery with a nice lace of oily hops on the tongue then comes the bran malts. Really nice. Known for their saisons but came through with a classy pils.
