750 c&c from Bine & Vine. Pours dark hazy orange/amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast/spice,arguably banana ester, some earthy hop, and barely detectable roast malt. A sort of light brettiness also. Maybe that’s part of the earthy. Med body/foamy carb. Flavor is a bit muddied. Earthy hop/malt with some yeast/spice. The hint of sour didn’t pan out. Maybe slightly tart citrus. Still, it’s a bit earthy, somewhat fruity, and it drinks pretty well. Can’t see why the aroma doesn’t coincide more with the flavor. Hazy amber with a small white head. Malty aroma of bread and toffee. Malty sweet flavour. Boring and inoffensive as the style should be.
