Many thanks to bobinlondon for this bottle!! A huge gusher upon opening, Obviously a huge head and some time to pour it as it is extremely active. Pours a light golden yellow with an enormous off-white head. The smell is fruit, citrus, grain, grass. The taste is citrus, grain, grass ending crisp and dry. Light in body with carbonation that is quite above average in intensity. I’m sure an off bottle but the beer tasted quite nice. uckelman (813) - Durham, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2015
Hazy pale yellow, almost the color of grapefruit juce. Wow, extremely lively. The yeast in this bottle must have been busy, because it was just a fountain when I popped the cap. Huge foamy white structural head.Mildly bitter. Medium, slightly oily body. A little bit of lemongrass on the finish. Not bad. BlazerT (1248) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - MAR 11, 2015
Bottle. Pale lemon/golden hazy with big, semi-densed, white head. Very good lasting. Medium lacing. Aroma of pale malts, citrus, little grassy. Taste is light bitter and sweet malts. Also some lemon, zesty accents noticable. Light body, watery texture, medium carbonation. Finish is semi-bitter and dry. AshtonMcCobb (6897) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 12, 2014
Bottle from the brewery.
Appearance - pale lemon gold with a thin lacy head.
Nose - lemon barley water.
Taste - more of the same.
Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a dry finish.
Overall - not particularly exciting but it does the job. allmyvinyl (10995) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 12, 2014
500ml bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours clear lemon gold, short-lived head. Aromas of lemon soap, barley water. Taste is light sweet, more lemon. Bit thin on the finish. Standard, but OK.

arms, birmingham. Pale straw coloured beer with small head. Aroma of pale malts. Taste is pale malts, butter, citrus and a hint of yeast. Decent.
Sampled from a 500ml bottle ordered from the brewery. Pale golden colour with a slight white head. This bottle conditioned beer has pleasant floral hops in the aroma. The taste is only slightly malty with wheat giving some extra freshness. Lovely hop tastes, including lemon, lime and grapefruit. Long, mildly bitter finish. Complex and refreshing - all from a beer which is only 3.8%! My first taste of Durham Brewery, and it bodes well for future sampling. Tarosama (84) - Northumberland, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2014
