Minicask. Beautiful pale bitter, with a big fruity aroma. The America and Czech hop flavours are definitely in there, with citrus and pepperiness battling for dominance. Lovely chalky bite and very full-flavoured for a session strength beer. Was a favourite years ago and seems to be right back on form. Well carbonated and a fine tangy finish. Light refreshing taste. No bitterness at all. Easy to drink and very refreshing Tom303 (147) - Northumberland, ENGLAND - DEC 7, 2013
This beer pours a lovely light golden colour, looks quite lively with a nice creamy tight head. Smells fresh and sweet fruity, suprisingly pungent for a lighter ale. Taste is a overall nice sweet malt with gentle fruit flavours and slight dry bitterness. This is a really tasty light easy drinking ale. Sigmund (8023) - Tau, NORWAY - MAR 21, 2011
500 ml bottle conditioned, at the Durham Cathedral & Cloister Restaurant. ABV is 3.8%. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Lovely aroma of fruity hops (citrus and tropical fruits). Distinctly hoppy flavour, notes of citrus and tropical fruits, good bitterness. Pudding (271) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 22, 2013
500ml bottle. Poured with immense white head, pale yellow beer. Mouthfeel thin, medium bitterness. Taste: lemon. Overall: top quality beer, avoids the usual pitfalls of many similar beers such as over-hopping with ’c’ hops.
