Cask at Cest what. Reddy brown colour, smallish off white head. Nice sweet malty aroma and taste, little sugary fruit. A little bit thin in body. Very drinkable! cyrenaica (1159) - Milton, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 18, 2012

I tried this beer on tap on March 9, 2012 at "C’est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It pours a translucent dark red with a whitish ring for a head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, light fruits, and weak hops. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is mily sweet with caramel and light fruit and a weak bitter finish ends it.
On Tap at C’est What? Amber pour with a fluffy head. NIce aroma of brown sugar, and some bready malt with a touch of grassiness. Flavor is quite one dimensional with the sweet malt, and more of the brown sugar, a nice beer, quite drinkable, i could easily down a few. DougShoemaker (3146) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 3, 2009
Cask @ Victory Cafe Winter Fest.
Aroma has lots of malt(candied?) cloudy copper, tiny toffee head. Flavour has less malt than the nose, toasty notes, light bodied, balanced, fairly easy to drink. Good. Radek Kliber (7501) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 27, 2009
Cask at Volo

Appearance: hazed dark amber , almost brownish red with mid plus very creamy white top. 3+
Nose: Lighter nose , hints of caramel and toasted barley
Flavor/Palate : Medium full bodied. Darker malts with strong character of toasted barley. Clean and drinkable ale.
Has a really coffee-like smells. Pours with no head, no lacing. Very soft carbonation - almost nothing. Ruby colour. The coffee bitter lasts a little into the taste. There’s some sugary cane sweetness too. On tap at Volos.Sammy (13000) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 26, 2011

A lot of sediment, big chunks of dead yeast. A deep cloudy red colour. Pours with alright suds and lacing. Smells a little oaky and a little smoky. Taste follows through a little bit sour, kind of lagery. I think the whole glory of this one is that it’s on cask - not sure how it would hold up on tap but the cask gives it some character. Had pint at The Rhino.
Bar Volo cask. A little sour, great aroma, but its butterscotch. A little red colour.
