Pretty good hoppy bitter, an appropriately smooth carbonation level. Was told this was Tommy something or other - alternate name? At Ceili Cottage on tap.

Grassy hop and barley aroma. More grassiness, hops, and some veggies in the taste and finish. Some sweetness, mild bitterness. Pretty straightforward hoppy ale, not bad at all.

Bottle. Pours nice orange-amber with small off white head. Sweet apricot aroma, some caramel and some light bread and grain notes. Zesty, light-medium mouthfeel, medium-high carbonation. Initially sweet, following through with a nice residual bitterness and hop flavour; a sweet, yet lingering bitter finish with a touch of bready yeast character to ponder.

341 ml bottle from Beer Store. Pours a clear amber with small white cap. Caramel and fruity malt in nose with light floral and citric hops. Flavour is caramel, fruit, floral, slight nuttiness and a bit of tea with moderate citric hop presence in finish. Medium body. Quite English and quite good.

Impressed by an Ontario brewer. Aroma is hoppy with malt. Taste is a smooth hop feel. Creamy mouthfeel that is very pleasant with burnt hop. Glad I bought a sixer.
