Hazy golden color; big frothy head, persistent. Dubious aroma, with paper, wet soil, country fields and grass, glue; then grassy hops. Medium body strength, but quite dry mouthfeel; it has a dry toffee flavor that along with the strong bitterness creates the effect of liquorice, mainly at the end. Strongly hopped, but not impressive. saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - FEB 29, 2008
Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt and lots of hops. Good long bitter finish. harrisoni (19534) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2009
Cask at GBBF 2009. Gold, lasting thin off white head. Interesting strong English blond. Pretty tasty. Some lemon, rose petal flavour. Pretty good to be honest. Bit of earthyness on the hops. TBone (18551) - Pori, FINLAND - NOV 17, 2013

Slightly hazy golden-amber color, good creamy white head. Fruity hoppyness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Grapefruity kind of grainy maltyness. Long lingering grapefruity aftertatse. English IPA with American twist.

Bold orange, lovely tight spongy persistent head. Rich fruity aroma. Rich malty body. Nicely attenuated. Dry leafy hops in the finish. Refreshing. No alcohol. All-round solid English strong bitter, though perhaps a little unexciting.
Bottle, at Cardinal. An unclear, orange-colored beer topped by a finger-thick off-white to beige head leaving lacings. Fruity aroma with some yeast. Pale malts, pine cones and grass too. It has a nice bitterness in the flavor, with pale malts in the back. Fruityness and pine cones. It’s semi-dry on the palate with a decent carbonation. Lasting bitter finish with tropical fruits. Well, it’s a decent one, nothing more. 140726 MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 4, 2014
Bottle, 6.5%. Mild, refreshing hop aroma, soft fruit, mango and the like. Hazy golden colour. Good stable white head, slightly creamy. The flavour is nicely malty and hop spicy. A little on the sweet side for an English IPA, but good. Refreshing, citrus-like bitterness, quite good. bhensonb (15965) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 18, 2012
Bottle at Delirium Café. Pours dark copper with a creamy 3 finger white head. Aroma is very floral/perfumey. Med body. Flavor is very floral with some light fruit. But it comes out bitter in the finish!!! To f------ die for. Brillliant ale! imdownthepub (15517) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 8, 2009
Cask, Conditioned at The Royal Oak, Wantage. Gold with white head. Quite a sweetish, despite the above description, hopped beer with a citrus orange character. Light malts and very decent and drinkable for a higher ABV beer. Good stuff. gunnfryd (15483) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 7, 2015
