Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, malty, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, toffee, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. 
Cask at brewery. Rich golden with little haze. Off white bubbly head. Slight sulphuric nose, not much otherwise. Mouthfeel is nice. Malty, toffee and crisp. Dry and long finish. Fin (10542) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 26, 2011
Cask, handpump at The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxon 22.10.11 in company of Loz, Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids & also Peter Fowler (Landlord) Quite malty in the mouth. cask at shoulder of mutton ... copper thin white head ....soft light toffeee malt ... light peach nose ... soft sweet toffee malts ... simple but ok
