Beer number 10 in the Great Ayr/ Glasgow pub crawl. Cask at Three Judges. Most enjoyable beer of the day. Good light blond colour, creamy head, citric hop aroma, medium mouthefeel, long glorious zesty hop finish. My only concern is that the vast majority of Durham beers I’ve had taste like this! About 6 of them are called White something. Beautifully crafted example of the British Blond Bitter style, though. harrisoni (19535) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2005

Pale gold, very hoppy bitter, with good lemony citrus fruit. Extremely good, but then again, this is my type of beer DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 16, 2007
UPDATED: JUN 27, 2007 This cant have been in the ebst condition judging by other ratings and it was a little hazy. Aroma was citrus and grassy hops but lacked too much goodness. Tas was similar malt was a little grainy and hops werent as dominant as id have liked. RERATE: Amazing citrus hop character that made me drink it in under 5 mins. Durham does it again. And I still not know what people like about this beer again. It was very squashy, and very bitter, BUbblign at the top, while served. And very easy to serve. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2006

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 23rd July 2017. Gold with whitish lacing foam. A hoppy citrus aroma with some pungent yeasts. Fruity and malty in-mouth with citrus and hempy hops. Citric finish with some bitterness. A zingy mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.
