Bomber form hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Very dark brown with a tan multi colored head. Aroma is chocolate and huge malts. Flavor begins with a robust bang. Milk chocolate is sweet and smooth. Roast and toast with a fruity bitterness. Citrus. This is harsh and then sweet with a cool complexity. It finishes smoother and makes for a nice beer. It is a wild and rocky ride, but a fun one. JStax (7399) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - FEB 12, 2018
22 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass. The beer is a clear dark brown with a khaki head of foam. Dark, roasty, leathery notes. Sweet and roasty. Fairly earthy. Big body and medium carbonation. PugUglyBrewer (896) - - APR 30, 2017
Dark brown to black color with a light tan colored head of creamy foam that dies out quickly. A bit of active carbonation from the lager concept. Aromatics and flavors consist of semi-sweet dark cocoa, some dark fruitiness, caramel, and a bit of reserved black licorice. marcus (10977) - Sacramento, California, USA - JAN 17, 2017

Bomber from Whole Foods (Arden) in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark brown with a dark tan head. Aroma of smooth dark malt, seemingly chocolate, and some fruit notes. Near full bodied. Flavor is dark malt, earthy chocolate, and some dark or reddish fruit. Not raspberry tho. :) Drier than expected, and it’s somewhat bitter, but I’d put that to the dark malts, since I can’t figure out any particular hop here. It’s tasting very nice. hayduke (5752) - Eureka, California, USA - NOV 6, 2015

slightly different stats that the nameless Baltic I had there a couple years ago. This one was a nice roasty robudst porter, but lack that beer’s complexity and sweetness. Still pretty nice, though.GG (2332) - NorCal, California, USA - NOV 7, 2014

"Well done brew...aroma and flavor of dark chocolate, some cherry-like fruitiness and good old fashioned roasted malt. Probably their most enjoyable brew, and they were almost all up to par."

This was THE best beer out of the tap without a doubt. First, just a stunning beer to look at with a deep black body with a frothy light tan head. Aroma abounds with chocolate, light molasses, a touch of smoke, and dark fruits. The flavors meld really, really well together and with the combination of the great flavors and a perfect mouthfeel...this is really one fantastic beer. Really reminded me of the Duck-Rabbit Baltic Porter in many ways. RobertDale (7052) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - OCT 9, 2014
