On tap at Tap 25. It pours a clear golden orange with an off white head. The aroma is spicy, citrus with a decent dose of caramel malt. The flavor is potent spicy, onion, lime, sweet caramel and noticeable alcohol. Big bitter finish. It’s kind of an old school IIPA, but clean and well brewed. Draft @ 13th Bistro Double IPA Festival, Hayward, CA. Pours a golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty slightly earthy hoppy piney aroma. Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark copper with a creamy white head that laces. Aroma is resin and fruit/citrus with a touch of treacle or chocolate. On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest poured a clear golden amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of biscuit, skunk bud, earthiness and pine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, pine and light citrus with a crisp dry bitter lingering earthy finish.
