Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Light malt aroma. Light malt and light mineral flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Mineral and light malt lingers. DavidWoodruff (631) - Windsor, California, USA - MAY 5, 2017
Straw colored with a thin white head. Aroma is malt with a bit of grassiness. Dry malty flavor with low bitterness. Pretty much seem to hit the mark as a Premium Lager. Fairly neutral, if not bland, but that is the nature of the style. If it was over 90 degrees F I’d reach for one of these whether or not tacos were involved. PugUglyBrewer (889) - - APR 27, 2017
Clear gold color with a small white head of foam. Smells and tastes like unsalted Fritos. Clean, crisp, and avoids the faintness of cat piss from the actual. Mexican brewers. dwyerpg (6580) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - APR 15, 2017
Smell is the best part. Like a pils. I actually like this pale lager than the top 50 rated hop valley lager I had earlier. Don’t get any adjuncts. Nice. marcus (10973) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 9, 2016
On tap at California Craft Beer Summit. Pours clear gold with a modest white head and a faint floral aroma. There is a light pils flavor with a cereal finish.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma of slighty cooked malt and something citrus or fruity. Approaches med body. Flavor starts fruit bitter, goes into pale malt and finishes on a nicely bitter note. Better than expected - better than many. nealblind (2035) - Seattle, Alabama, USA - AUG 4, 2016
slight haze rich yellow gold. aroma dough some lemons. Tastes sweet white bread. a bit too sweet and heavy. I don’t understand why they put the oats in. Fatehunter (2650) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - JUL 16, 2016
Pours a thin head on a hazy light straw body.
Aroma is dry grains, a little candy.
Taste starts mildly sweet, then has a nice bitterness to balance it.
Texture is crisp and fizzy.
Well balanced. slowrunner77 (13368) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 29, 2015
fruitier than expected, with a nice subtle sweet hoppy balance. Liked it a little more than usual for the style. joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - FEB 28, 2015
On draft at Tap 25. It pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of dry wheat malt, hints of banana and earthy/floral hops. The flavor is the same. Dry wheat, some huskiness and light caramel. Frothy body and a tad soapy near the finish. Wasn’t too impressed with this one, but competently brewed.
