Lattina.

Can at home, pale yellow beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, malt, hint of fruit. Taste is the same, another run of the (wind)mill lager... but honestly not too bad.

Beautiful clear beer. Nice taste not too heavy on the tongue. Nice to drink on a warm day in the sun.

Can. De Molen? A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

330 ml can bought at Prize Mart in Shek Wui Hui, Sheung Shui.

Clear light blonde colour; Less than one-quarter finger head with soapy white foam which fades in 20 seconds; Good sticky lacing with notable small carbonation; Sweet aroma of malt, with grape juice, apple, floral, sugar, light bread, lemon and grass; Very light sweet taste of thin malt, with light floral, hint of molasses, biscuits, very light lemon, light bitter hops and very light grass; Mid to light body. Slick palate; Mouth feel is very light maltyness is a fairly thick background. Dryish, almost devoid of taste, with bits of floral, no sweetness, ligth dry bread and very light bitter lemon. Not bad... Hoppiness is floral, lemon and grass in nose, same in taste but much lighter; Bitterness is light for an abrupt, low astringent thin malt finish; Quite dry after taste. Biscuity and slight bitter to mouth.

Comments: No way this is a Pilsener as it has such a mess-up sugary aroma and too thin in maltyness, but taste-wise it?s very clean, dry with virtually no sweetness and hop extract bitterness isn?t annoying (because it has so few to show for). Not bad for a bargain macro Pale Lager.
