Bottled 0,33L. Clear and charged yellow limpid color, modest bubbly aspect with very foamy white and bubbly head of long duration and adherence. Aroma is sweet hoppy, citrusy, aged flower and soft yeast. Prickly and pungent spiced nose with predominant citric smell. Moderate and pleasant prickly taste, fresh citric and softly lemonade rumors. Taste is equilibrate sweetish/citriusy mix, flowery and clear mood/cellar, with surprising alcoholic perception, apparently not elevated but with good equilibrium and overall impression.

citrus, grassy, lemony, golden with a huge white head, medium body, quite fizzy, again citrusy notes....a bit weak but a good beer.

Flasche 33cl.

330ml Bottle: Pours a clear golden with large frothy, white head that retains. Lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit and grapefruit. Grapefruit and lychee flavours, with a slight alcohol warmth. Beer has medium carbonation, medium body and a medium bitterness. Overall a great beer and the best of the triple hop series in my opinion.

330ml bottle pours pale yellow with generous off-white head. Aromas of pine lime, grapefruit and floral characters. Tastes of lemon-lime citrus, grass, resinous hops, Belgian yeast, peppery notes and spices. Long finish with lemon zest characters and mild bitterness. Very balanced with just enough sweetness to counter the sour citrus notes.

Bottle from Tesco, pours very similar to 'normal Duvel' only a less thick and fluffy head and slightly darker in colour. There is the spicey Belgian yeast on the nose however the hop presence gave this one a smell I can only describe as being like cat piss. Now this could be due to a bottle having not been stored very well and I would like to try again to give a fresh opinion but for the time being I am only giving this an average score. It was still drinkable.
