33cl bottle from Tesco, Warfield. A straw coloured pour with a thin white head and moderate carbonation; yeasty aroma with some muted citrus; sharp grapefruit taste to start, becoming mellower with some spice to finish. Rather good.

Cimbasso (1024) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2017
Bottle from Belgisk Bryg. Clear golden colour with a white head. Attractive aroma of sour lemon. Taste is very rich, complex and full. Flavours of lime, lychee and yeast. Long, citrussy bitter finish. A really good, complex beer.

Davros IX (526) - Hertford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 6, 2017
Bottle at home from Tesco. A subdued pour, which was a relief because I was worried it would have the usual Duvel excessive carbonation. The nose was yeast and hops and this went on to the taste which was some sort of death battle between the two of them. The hops really counteracted the strong Belgian yeast and created a flavour that I was struggling to pin down; or say if I actually liked it. The mouthfeel was fizzy from the yeast and the hops which was quite bizarre. An "interesting" experience and a definite improvement on the standard Duvel, but not one to repeat.

Cybercat (6211) - Georgia, USA - NOV 28, 2017
Pours clear topaz with a thick and frothy porcelain head. Aroma features zesty citrus, piney, and fresh malt notes. Tangy flavor presents evergreen hops, citrus, and malty tones, adding up to an ale that could pass for the love child of a Belgian and an IPA. Mouthfeel delivers fair body and peppy fizz. Hop hop hop to it!

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2017 Fris, bitter met koolzuur. Citrus geur mengt de hopsmaak als verassing. Vol van smaak. Onderscheidend en bijzonder. Herhaling? Graag.

defabant (32) - ITALY - NOV 27, 2017
Aroma gradevolissimo di agrumi, gusto tipico di una tripel con quel guizzo agrumato che la rende irresistibile. ll volume alcolico è appena percettibile alla bevuta, ciò la rende piacevolissima da bere. Ottima Birra.
