tambrico's rating

   AROMA 3/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 5/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 12/20

Pours a clear straw color yellow (same color as jet fuel) with a mega-foamy head. Aroma of mostly yeast, a little citrusy. Taste is of yeast, with a little hop profile, but not much more. I’ve read that many people taste a lot of fruitiness in this beer, but I didn’t taste any at all. I’m not sure why. Mouthfeel is SUPER carbonated. I understand this is intentional, but it’s not my preference I suppose, as I felt it detracted from the beer. Again, it didn’t have many of the fruity flavors I was expecting and it didn’t really seem to have any complexity. It was just a slightly bitter yeastiness on the palate that faded pretty quickly and that was it. It wasn’t bad, but there was nothing really unique about it. This beer didn’t really stand out to me or impress me at all. Maybe I got a bad bottle?

Umiarkowane pieprzowe fenole, lekki aromat perfumowy. Smak: To głównie gruszka, dalej pomarańcza i nuta cytryny połączona z umiarkowanymi fenolami pieprzowymi.

Belgijska klasyka.

Dense bubble. Smells like soft wild flowers and fruit. Bitter taste with fruit. The carbon dioxide is strongly strike in the throat. But can feel incredible softness so cant believe it has 8.5’’. After drinking, the sour flavor and sweetness spread on tongue. Overall, it's good beer.

Unclear golden with a big frothy head. Aroma is floral, spicy and citrus. Taste is fruity with notes of lemon and grass.

Brilliant golden ale, floral aroma, hopsy finish, 8.5abv that tastes like a 4.5. Excellent IPA style beer. I could drink this all day.

High, dense, white head with nice lacing. Mix of spices, hops and yeasty note in aroma. Bit of sulfur (matches-like type) far behind. Slightly sweet, yeasty taste with sour note. Medium but abrupt and astringent bitterness. Quite nice beer if you ask me, but not perfect.

Have had many of these and not the last. Slightly bitter, alcoholic, but pleasant. Very thick and stable head.

A bit disappointing. Terrible having solo but great having with food. Just need the perfect match. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
