Bottled. Deep red colour with a mediumsized slightly off white creamy head. Aroma is caramel, toffee and some slight floral notes along with mild ripe fruitiness as well. Flavour is mildly toasted malts, some caramel, ripe fruits and also a rather big bitterness in the finish, which isn’t that normal for a beer of this style.

Can from Carrefour and drunk at home. Clear dark brown thin beige head. Dark clear gold cola like colour. No real head. It’s a bit cola like all round to be honest. Not much hop, the malt is dark and dryish but it’s like drinking a strong alcoholic cola. Weird. With a touch of Bovril. TBone (18228) - Pori, FINLAND - NOV 28, 2013
Bottled 250ml Saveur. Deep amber color, small beige head. Caramel, some alcohol, grassy notes, a bit malty aroma. Medium-bodied. Quite caramelly, some alcohol, grassy hoppy notes, raisiny fruityness. One of the better Jenlains.
