TheJvd (1291) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 30, 2013
Bottle at RBESG ’13 Grand Tasting. Pours dark red with a medium pink head. Aroma is sourish, some cherries and a bit of barnyard. Taste is quite sweet, like pure lemonade syrup, cherries, a little bit of funk and a dry finish. Medium body, medium to heavy carbo. Too sweet for me, could use some more sourness.

Borresteijn (7057) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - JUN 30, 2013
75cl Bottle at RBESG’13 Grand Tasting. Hazy red/amber colour, pink head. Aroma of sweet cherries, cherry skin, acetone. Flavour is medium-sweet, acetone, almonds, bitter cherry skin, acetic finish. Light-bodied. OK I guess.

caesar (7153) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUN 30, 2013
Bottled @ RBESG 2013 Grand Tasting. Dark reddish color, short head. Aroma of loads of cherries and cherry pits, marzipan. Soft sourness, quite fruity. Got some bitterness as well, but mostly lots of fruity sweetness. Little too much carbonation. Lots of fruit, could have used a bit more sourness.

Rood bier met weinig schuim. Ruikt, citrus en fruitig. Smaakt zoet fruitig als bubblegum. Kersensmaak.

RBESG 2013. Bottle during Grand Tasting at De Molen. Bottle from 2010. Hazy deep red beer with a nice pinkish head. Fruity cherry aroma, strawberries, caramel, toffee and vanilla notes. Sweetish cherry seeds flavor, caramel, strawberries, hay, sourish, rubber notes, tart, some lingonberries. Nice and complex beer.

gEUS (1637) - Linden, BELGIUM - MAY 8, 2013
750 ml bottle at home. Taken from notes. Pours medium amber to red with a fine white pinkish white head. Aroma is cherries, mixed with malty and bready aromas of the tripel. Some flowery notes as well. Palate is sweet to sour, niclely in balance. Taste is sweet raspberries and vanilla. I miss some fruity tartness in this one.

angrypirate06 (1388) - Texas, USA - MAY 7, 2013
2008 bottle thanks to Bu11zeye at the BTBF-eve tasting. Pink hazy pour. Aroma is cherry fried pie, light funk, solid amount of cherry for a 5 year old bottle. Flavor is lightly tart, tons of cherry. A lot like NB transatlantique kriek. Bitter finish.

3.4
blutt59 (6564) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 16, 2013
2008 bottled, thanks to bu11zeye, preBTBF tasting, ruby trout color with pink foam, makes a nice soft cherry taste with a dusty dry finish
