75cl bottle @ Delirium Cafe, Brussels. 2007 Vintage. Dark red with a creamy off white head and lacings. Sweet nose of cherries with a bit of tartness also. Dry, sparkling and crisp taste. Lots of real cherries. Good balance. Dry end. Very nice Fruit Beer.

Red colored beer with a pink head. Very fruity aroma with the sour cherries nicely present. Lighltly lactic and sourish cherry taste but a bit flat and not lasting at all.

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2008 Bottle. Thanks Chuck. Deep dark red in color with a nice pink head. Cherry appley yeasty aroma. Citrusy. Malty sweet yeasty flavor. Sour cherry, and apple notes. Fruity tart finish. Not too tart. Refreshing. Full bodied. Very drinkable. Very nice. Easy drinking brew.

MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 1, 2008
A Mes rate: Bottle thanks to Jean at Moeder Lambic.
A nice clean candy apple red colour with a thin white head and lots of lace. The cherries are very restrained and the bas beer is a little more obvious than maybe I would like. The end result is rather strange and the base beer and the fruit never quite marry. The delicate sourness is good and there is some good citric notes in the finish. Odd hints of strawberry yogurt. Interesting beer but not amazing.
