UPDATED: OCT 15, 2013 75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBESG 2013. 2010 Vintage. Pours dark raspberry red with a pinkish head. Nose is very full of fruits, more cherry than kriek, light raspberry, almost cloying, very jam-like. Taste is blend of cherries & kriek, less tang than I am used of the kiek (the fruit), light hint of iron (maybe the age), touch thin but very easy to drink, oodles of fruit, somewhat fruit sweety with a jam impression, kriek pits in there, light berries in s pices in the finish. Fine carb. very easy to drink. Would have been superb with some sourness but as this stands this is pretty much what a fruit beer should be, fruits & not chemical nonsense. Great stuff. ///// Shared another 75 cl. bottle @ RBBSG II, total gusher & not bad but not as good as the firt time around, bit too metallic & thin, same vintage, keeping previous score for now tderoeck (9669) - Gent, BELGIUM - SEP 3, 2013

Little cloudy purplish pink beer, irregular pinkish big bubbled head, bit stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of chloride, some red fruits, cherries, bit sweet, citrus. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: bit metallic, citrus, cooked cherries, bitter touch. Aftertaste: little bitter, metallic, jam, lots of chloride.
Sample at SBWF 2016.
Reddish with a small head. Aroma of berries, funk and some hay. Similar taste. The finish was quite sour.

750ml bottle pours a translucent, purple red with a little creamy, pink head. Aroma is fruity, musty, sweet, strawberry, cherry, lightly cheesy. Flavor has an intense cherry pie flavor, strawberry jam. Heavy carbonation, medium bodied. Not too tart/sour. kraddel (8110) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - NOV 8, 2015
Pours clear red, small white head. Smell is cherrie, rather pure no funk or sweetness. Taste is mildly dry, full-on cherries, with a hint of natural funkyness. Very aromatic in the ending. Intense, for sure, on the cherrie side. Very one dimentionnal though. Boring, and basically this could be looked at as liquid cherrie. More of a fan of fruitbeers, where there actually is a ’beer’ taste as well. This has got no malts, hops, yeast, or anything else. Its not terrible, but who can drink a full 75 cl bottle of something this boring ? jackl (8071) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 17, 2012
Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig. Massive gusher, this bottle. Pours deep hazy red with a medium white head. The nose is loads of cherry, strawberry, sweet sugar. The taste is light tart cherries, a bit of funk and yeast. Light body, fairly soft. Decent. chriso (7533) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2010
Bottle @ pre-GBBF shindig, August 2009. Pink & pleasant. Fruit comes through well - seems real rather than artificial. Some bretty farmyard and tart notes. Crisp and refreshing. Very little residual sweetness. I wasn’t expecting too much but got a pleasant surprise.

750ml Bottle - Red with a pink head. Cherry and almonds in the aroma. Tart and sweet taste with cherry, almonds and jam. Not too sweet and not too tart. Nicely balanced.
