Bottle. [Thanks to yespr for bringing it back to DK] Large reddish bubbly head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Muddy reddish color. Aroma of light barnyard, soap and perfume. Over the palate came fruity notes, not as sour as expected from the initial sniff. Hint of citrus, flower. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light to moderated sweet and sour in a good mix. Light sour fruity finish. KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2008

(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, reddish brown colour with a collapsing red frothy head. Moderately sweet and yeasty almondy cherry-fruity aroma with a delicate malt character. Moderately sour and slightly bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Dry cherry-fruity and slightly malty taste with notes of almonds; dry fruit-accented and slightly bitter finish with a delicate malty sweetness. Well-rounded and moreish brew. 13.I.09 chriso (7533) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2010
Bottle @ pre-GBBF shindig, August 2009. Pink & pleasant. Fruit comes through well - seems real rather than artificial. Some bretty farmyard and tart notes. Crisp and refreshing. Very little residual sweetness. I wasn’t expecting too much but got a pleasant surprise.

Bottle, bought @ EG.
Pours super-brilliant clear deep red with a staying, creamy, pink head. Aroma has cherries, marzipan, blue grapes, very wine-like. High carbonation, light and fairly dry mouthfeel. Flavour has fruity dryness, cherries, sweet marzipan, softly tart, light ashy. Dry, fresh and quite delicious.
