Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2012. Poured a fairly dark pink with a pink-hued one finger head. Tart fruits (cherry, raspberry & strawberry) with some farmyard, yeast & straw aromas. Cherry, bitter fruit skin & some sugar to taste. Good tartness with an underlying, relatively soft sweetness.
