Bottle @ Dedollewaitors 14.000 celebration tasting. Unclear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is funky, firework powder, cellar, yeast. Flavour is dry, bitter, yeast. Well balanced. I miss the funk in the flavour. But nice.

Yellow amber with a small but relatively persistent top. Sour but with earth, lime peel, dried fruit, hop, some mint even. Long dry bubbly finish with all of the above

Bottle from The Bottle Shop, Bermondsey Arches on Druid Street. Hazy, deep golden amber, thin white head. Nose is funky, sour, toffee, horse blanket, lemon citrous, baked meringue, some fragrant yeast esters. Very much a limbic aroma but with extra toffee. Taste is sour, tart, crisp, funky and horse blanket, with lots of tangy cheese rind and fruity ester. Also minerally, lemon juice sour. More Im sipping it, the more blonde ale Im getting. Fragrant yeastiness, pale grain malt. Its like a combination of Duval with light zingy Oude Gueze.

Color dorado, espuma blanca ligera. Aromas de brett., fruta cida y ligero dulzor meloso. Cuerpo medio-bajo, inicio dulce, afrutado, acidez equilibrada y final seco. Muy rica.

hazy burnished gold with white lacing. Banana and yeast esters with gentle sourness. Tastes of toffee, very sweet, spongecake, camp coffee, artificial sweetness. Weird.

Light hay coloured beer, transparent with a weak head and nice carbonation. Smell is wood, flowers, alcohol and citric yeasty metallic saltiness. Sour bitter taste with subtle fruitiness and an alcoholic twang. Very astringent dry finish. Bit unbalanced on the sourness, I have trouble finding the triple. More like a saison mixed with an ipa.

375 ml bottle. 2012 vintage. Pours a beautiful hazy yellow colour with a small head. Aroma of sharp citrus fruitiness, rowanberries, some mild cellary notes and wood. Flavour is very rich with tart citrusy fruitiness, some peach, muffin, white grapes, tart wooden notes, alcohol and apple peel. Full bodied and fizzy carbonation. Finish is very sharp on citrus at first, which then turns into tartness and some wooden notes towards the end. Some astrigent too. Alcohol is present but in a very elegant way. Wonderful balance. Lambic meets tripel and turns it into white wine. True story.
