UPDATED: OCT 14, 2010 Bottled. A clear amber beer with a huge, but collapsing beige head. The aroma is lovely acidic, combined with notes of brettanomyces and horseblanket. While the flavor is acidic with notes of malt, grapefruit, brettanomyces, yeast, horseblanket and wood. Nice mix.

Bottled. Slightly hazy orangeish amber colour with mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is wood, some acidic and sour fruits as well as some mildly earthyness. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has some spices, grass and mild notes of alcoholic sweetness.

Travlr (26065) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 11, 2010
Cloudy and chunky yellow, completely flat. Aroma of barnyard and sour apples. Flavor has citrus, apples, sour from start to finish, and dry finish. Decent body. Interesting combo, resembles a lambic, especially regarding its apparent strength - deceptive, but delicious.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2008 Bottled. Clear pale amber, brief head. Concentrated citric horse blanket aroma. Sweet and sour, juicy and malty with soft, dense mouthfeel. Arousing, complex and confusing with the sweetness of a strong Berlgian ale and the tart lovely complex flavours of a real lambic. Wow!
