From tap at Plan B. Pours dark brown with a minimal orange glare and a creamy tan head. Light earthy and roasted malt aroma. Breadish and mild roasted malt flavour with a light chocolate smoothness. Light butterish accent to the roasted malt and mild acidic touch. Lingering breadish and mild sugarish touch into the finish. thewolf (12858) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2009

Pours deep mahogany with a tiny, off-white, creamy head. Aroma is nicely roasted, light chocolate, caramel. Lowish carbonation and a fine, dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, but an elegant dryness balances it well. Some roasted notes. Fine.
Tap @ Hotel Victor, Prague. Pours black with a creamy light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, nuts, light fruit. Flavor of malts, coffe, dark chocolate, light fruity. Medium body, soft carbonation. 060812 rami_pl (4587) - Warszawa, POLAND - AUG 1, 2017

On tap at the brewery restaurant. Dark ruby colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, hints of hops, pretty average. Taste medium bitter, light sweet. Finish light bitter. This beer failed to impress me, though it is a pretty drinkable dunkel.

B, Copenhagen. Dark brown with a ruby hue. Thin beige head. Modest aroma of lightly toasted dark malts along with a scent of mouldy cellar. Roasted malt flavor supported by a fine bitterness and some coffee notes. Body is light to medium. Soft moutfeeel. Short, malty and gently bitter ending.

dark, decen tight brown head.
slighly sour, roasted stuff.
nice sweet malty flavor.
Draft. A dark brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is very sweet with strong notes of caramel, medium notes of malt, and light notes of butter. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of roasted malt, which makes the finish dry, but also with notes of caramel, and light notes of butter, a bit too much butter for my liking. 3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 13, 2011
draft at Hotel Victor. mild acetic notes in the nose with some light chocolate (chocolate syrup and plastic). coffee and a small touch of roast show up late. medium-high acid and dirty phenols overwhelm late. not in proper shape.
