A black beer with a black head. It doesn't have much aroma, but a smoked flavor and a good bitterness. Definately a good stout.

Draught. Black opaque colour, small brown foamy head. Fruity aroma with malty hints. Plummy flavour with hints of roasted malt. Especially roasted malt in aftertaste. Quite carbonated, still pleasant.

Black with creamy head. Medium bodied, very dry, very bitter. Quite similar to Guinness.

Keg
Dark amber color; creamy head. Peculiar aroma for a stout, with cherry notes! Smooth and very original, with a very light sourness, something undefined, as black fruitness; roasted malt character; light peaty flavor, whisky-like. Very original stout!

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2007) Black color, brown head. Smooth chocolate aroma. Roasted chocolate flavor, cocoa and some tar. Dry bitter finish.

This is technically a very good stout, but I just found it lacking something. Helpful, I know.

TBone (17987) - Pori, FINLAND - SEP 13, 2005
Draught
Almost opaque black, good steady brown head. Fruity, roasted aroma. Roasted, bitterish, burnt flavors also a bit chocolaty. Finishing quickly, a bit watery. Needs more generous hopping. Quite simple stout.

bierkoning (13590) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 10, 2003
Somewaht smoky toasty aroma. No head at all. Medium bodied, but with a bit watery texture. Somewhat harsh hops and lots of licorice, blackcurrant and laurel. Long buttery toasty finish, almost creamy. Lacks carbon, this beer is about as flat as a lambic.
