Quality blonde but still a blonde. Crisp with a nice lightly sweet grain bill and light hops. Ok

On tap @ EJ Phair - Concord. Clear pale golden beer with some white foam. Light floral hops with a touch of grass. Kind of husky and grainy. Fairly sweet and estery. Big apple character to it. Subtle bitterness of grain and earthy, grassy hops. Fairly light overall, though. It’s not really bad, just not very good.

Draught @ E.J. Phair Brewing Co. and Alehouse, Concord, CA
Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes malt, yeast, bread and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a bread and floral finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at E.J Phair Concorde pub. A golden one, clear, and topped by a small white head. The aroma Oscar rather weak, with some caramel hints and fruityness. Boring, and that goes for the flavor too, which is pretty similar. Some bitterness. Medium body, a bit hard carbonation. Short finish. Very boring this one, but drinkable. 130803
