Aroma is of carmel and roasted malt. Flavor is very sweet, carmel, almost cloying. Very one dimensional. Boring. DTM (870) - Vacaville, California, USA - APR 17, 2008
Bottle from World Market in Fairfield, CA. Poured a dark copper color with a large tan head. I was very surprised with how much sweetness this beer had. My wife, who doesn’t drink beer, liked it. Very sweet and malty with the flavor of carmel and dark fruits. If you like sweet beer this is for you. elnadeau (786) - Laguna Niguel, California, USA - JUN 12, 2005
Pours orange-amber, almost no head, aroma is fruity, yeasty. A bit of a surprise, I found this somewhat tart fruity marzen to be quite pleasant, well rounded and quite drinkable. STEPHENDR (478) - California, USA - JUL 27, 2006
