Looks kind of like tea when poured. Has a really fruity flavor. Little bit of bitterness at the back end. Enjoyable. DTM (870) - Vacaville, California, USA - APR 17, 2008
Bottle from World Market in Fairfield, CA. Poured a dark copper color with a large tan head. I was very surprised with how much sweetness this beer had. My wife, who doesn’t drink beer, liked it. Very sweet and malty with the flavor of carmel and dark fruits. If you like sweet beer this is for you. AleDrinker (1089) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 5, 2005
Aroma is of carmel and roasted malt. Flavor is very sweet, carmel, almost cloying. Very one dimensional. Boring. Saarlander (1920) - Saarlouis, GERMANY - FEB 20, 2006
A nice Marzen for me, expected much more sweetness in this one, but it wasn’t too sweet, a nice drinkable brew. My first beer from this brewery, I’d like to try more. STEPHENDR (478) - California, USA - JUL 27, 2006
