On tap at the brewery. Pours with a not absolutely clear copper-brown hued body with a medium sized, just off-white head. Aromas are malty, bready, earthy, nutty, dry maple, soil, grainy, clean yeast wise. Flavors are malty, dry, clean, nutty with light maple, dry earth and soil. Low melanoidin. Dry, some mineral or carbonic bite on the tongue. Medium carbonation, medium body, a bit dry.
