Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Rich cold brewed coffee, a little sweetness, and lingering coffee sweetness. Nice. djd07 (15342) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 8, 2016
Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is belgian yeast, pure sugar, spice, roasted coffee. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, bitter finish, good. RafeAU (629) - Los Angeles, California, USA - SEP 26, 2015
UPDATED: DEC 9, 2015 On tap at the launch Sep 2015. Amber pour. Massive fresh coffee aroma and roastiness, some fruitiness in the base beer. This is the first coffee belgian beer I’ve had and the combo works great. Really excellent. Barreras (1689) - Diamond Bar, California, USA - FEB 6, 2015
Pours a clear crisp copper orange color. Aroma is heavy on the brewed coffee smell, mixed with a latte. Taste is coffe, with a tinge sweetness of toffee. Creamy maltiness throughout the beer. A minor mineral aftertaste. An odd belgian that is more like a belgian coffee amber? Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - FEB 2, 2015
bottle, tons of coffee flavor in this one, overwhelming but very good, you can tell its top shelf coffee cause its not overly bitter and ashy, Cool beer.

Amber clear with a decent white head. Big coffee aroma, really strange if you didnt already expect it, but it’s a great aroma of coffee, nuts and vanilla. Taste is coffee and nutty but uhh not reallly any character I’d call call this belgian by. Decent anyways. Aurelius (5499) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - DEC 18, 2014
Good bomber. Incredible coffee aroma. Mineral, roasted, vague suggestions of pepper, slightly sweet, maybe a little grassy. Interesting and different from any coffee brew I’ve ever seen. Thanks to Byron at Proof. GT (10002) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 22, 2014
Short: A highly successful ’blonde coffee stout’ DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - JAN 20, 2014
Origin: 651mL Sample: 6oz Glass: Reidel Razor Stemless Tulip Price: Gift Date: 1/19/14
Long: DedicatedToFun hooks it up with a non garbage tick. Pours a clear orange amber, thick yellowish head. Okay retention. Nose is really beautiful macadamia nut, vanilla latte, white chocolate mousse, coffee creme brulee. Assertive and enticing. Taste is juicy up front, spicy coffee, macadamia nut, mocha/frappaccino. Really good.
Flaws: Not a Belgian ale, plus no one is going to buy a ’Belgian amber’- what is this Kwak?
Remedy: Just call it blonde coffee stout like everyone else

Wow. A coffee amber. And it's LOADED with coffee, both the nose and flavor. Crazy. And good.
