Pour on tap at the brewery, clear yellow pour with white head, aroma brought buttered popcorn, hints of cracker, lemon, touch of honey and spice in there as well. Taste is a mix of butter, cracker, lemongrass into some honey, vanilla, slight yeast and spicy notes, finishing fairly clean, dry. Too bad.

beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - JUL 28, 2012
Pours a light yellow. Just a tad fizzy but not much. Nice light cereal taste here. A really well done and simple Kolsch that is super easy to lose track of how much you have drunk. I hope it comes back next summer too.

3.4
brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 27, 2012
The beer pours a clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is quite clean and crisp. A nice floral hop aroma with a light fruitiness. Hints of citrus and grass. There is a light hoppiness of grass and citrus peel, but mostly floral with a mild bitterness. Biscuit malt gives some sweetness, a very crisp, dry beer, though.
