(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold, fizzy offwhite bubbles. Nose of peach, lemon, wheat, furniture polish, apricot. Taste is fizzy/seltzery, lemon, dry and earthy perhaps from the prickly pear, soda-like carbonation. wutangfinancial (204) - CA to VA, California, USA - JUL 29, 2013
Pours a cloudy yellow color with small head. The nose is malt, fruit juice, light honeysuckle, and lemon. The palate is tropical fruit, a bit of malt, and citrus. Medium body for the style, and finishes dry. brokensail (16631) - Dublin, California, USA - MAR 1, 2013
Pale straw color with a white head. Lactic sourness on the front end, a hint of yogurt, lemon zest, and a nice tropical note. Mild prickly pear, some pale malt, and straw. The flavor is light and tart. Lemon zest, prickly pear, and a bit of yogurt. Some grass, straw, and a light malt flavor and sweetness. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - JAN 18, 2013
Proud to have been there when this was both brewed and bottled. A really nice Berliner with a brief tartness that follows through into a really nice fruit flavor. Color is a light straw and the aroma really foreshadows what you will get on the first sip.

Bomber courtesy of BMan1113VR (thanks Andrew!) poured a hazy golden yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of citrus, wheat, straw, prickly pear and light rye. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of citrus, wheat, straw, prickly pear, light yeast and a hint of rye with a crisp dry tart lingering prickly pear finish. Great session beer!! Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 23, 2012
This poured an almost completely whiteish yellow with a white head. Aroma was of vomit and dog urine, not joke, could hardly even attempt to take a sip. Flavor was not as bad as the aroma, some nice tart and sspicey wheat notes, but the rye and pear is just clashing. Bleh. BMan1113VR (7929) - Los Angeles, California, USA - OCT 20, 2012
Several glasses at the brewery and a few bottles to go. Pours with a hazed pale yellow hued body with a small white head. Aromas are grassy, floral, light watermelon and prickly pear. Juicy, thistle, low herbal, medium acidity. Flavors are acidic, grainy, bready, light plastic, fruity, estery, acidic, watermelon, prickly pear. Watermelon Jolly Ranchers. Lively carbonation, dry and quite quenching. Good!
